Spaghetti Night in Canada (SNC) is a celebration of friends, a celebration of food, a celebration of drink, a celebration of celebrations.

SNC is typically a weekly gathering of friends.  Whoever wants to host a SNC sends out an invitation, picks up some pasta and a base spaghetti sauce.  Each guest brings an ingredient for the sauce, perhaps some beverages, and whatever else they want to bring.  The ingredients get added to the sauce (which is different and wonderful everytime), and everyone enjoys a great meal and the warm company of friends.

Spaghetti night in Canada is not just for Canadians… it just happens to take place in Canada.  Anyone can come.
